Racing Program

Made possible by the participation of automotive merchants that sign up for credit card acceptance and process their transactions with Terminal Velocity Processing.

Terminal Velocity Processing contributes funding dollars to the Racing Program through the net proceeds of these automotive industry processing transactions.

Merchants who participate in this program will benefit in the way of free advertising, recognition placard for display, competitive pricing, name recognition, hyperlinks to your website, and a support team for your continuous processing needs. Terminal Velocity Racing support is provided in the form of direct grants -not loans, requiring zero repayment.

The Terminal Velocity Racing initiative is designed for worldwide expansion with opportunities for integration into virtually every racing series over the next several years.

How it works

As each merchant establishes a credit card acceptance account with Terminal Velocity Processing and begins authorizing and clearing their transactions with us, it generates fee income to Terminal Velocity Processing. TVP will then contribute 100% of the net override revenues from these merchants (Before our General and Administrative costs) to Terminal Velocity Racing, which is used to sponsor drivers, teams, or the various Racing series and events.

Merchants processing credit card transactions can be assured that the fees they are assessed for processing services today will be given back to sponsor drivers, teams, or events and series, and not go into anonymous shareholders' pockets. What is so unique about the program is that the money spent within the automotive industry is redirected back into racing.

Terminal Velocity Processing Participation

Terminal Velocity Processing is not just a facilitator of the racing program. Rather, we participate in many ways from the investing of hard dollars to proving "in kind" services including but not limited to:

• Utilization of its personnel and vendor alliances to achieve program objectives
• Legal expenses surrounding the program
• Marketing dollars to creating advertising collateral (e.g. Websites, brochures, video, media kits)
• "Cost of sales" to promote the program and help "close" merchant processing business (e.g. travel, lodging, transportation, conference calls, etc.)
• Covering its general and administrative expenses (e.g. merchant underwriting, set-up, terminal downloads, training, welcome packages, transaction monitoring, 24/7 support, charge backs and retrievals, sponsorship commissions, and reporting)
• Terminal Velocity Processing invests approximately 20-30% of its own revenue for each incoming program dollar
• Internal programming to automate merchant registration, reporting and commissions. This programming process is ongoing to further improve automation, take advantage of new technologies, introduce new product offerings - all of which will entail significant continuous investment by us

It is very difficult to quantify a value associated with the TVR Program, but we are certain the publicity and exposure will positively benefit our organization on many levels

Advertising Dollars:

Terminal Velocity Processing benefits from the TVR Program through the publicity it receives in racing programs, press coverage, uniform emblems and vehicle badges. This exposure promotes Terminal Velocity Processing's other traditional processing and card issuing business.

Obligation to Give Back:

As the saying goes..."It's better to give than to receive," and we at Terminal Velocity Processing not only share that sentiment, but we have taken that to heart and action. Terminal Velocity Processing has been financially blessed with its traditional business activities to the extent we are in a position to launch the racing program. How fortunate we are that we can be in an industry in which it can generate continuous funding dollars just by doing what we do best! Terminal Velocity Processing has accepted its obligation to "give back" with the utmost sincerity and appreciation for the opportunity.

Our company is known for its specialization in various niche markets and providing merchants with one-on-one hands-on support. Terminal Velocity Merchants have the security of knowing that your experienced team is there for them, whether they have a technical problem, or just need some extra assistance.

Many merchants believe they are getting the best payment processing rates, however the complexity of the payment processing industry requires many middlemen to have it all work. And that means higher costs to you. Terminal Velocity Processing has eliminated much of the middlemen layers and can pass on those savings to you.

The Terminal Velocity Racing Program

Sponsorships provided by TVP are a collaborative effort between TVP and the automotive merchant community. Processing fees paid out today by the automotive merchants (to random processors) can now be redirected into sponsorships when TVP processes the transactions.

Put simply - TVP has committed to donate 100% of its net margin derived from transactional fee income we receive from automotive merchants processing with TVP.

NOTE: Net margin is defined as the profit margin TVP garners above its hard costs {such as Interchange [Card Issuing Bank fee], Dues-Fees-Assessments [Visa-MasterCard fee], Principal Bank Member cost, and AUTH-Settlement [Processor Switch fee]}, and paid out as a commission to TVP before its general and administrative expenses. Meaning, TVP is actually matching dollars to the program (like a 401k plan) by absorbing the operational resource burden (e.g., staff, systems, support, et cetera).

The TVR program can only win if everyone involved wins!

• Afforded a cost reduction on your processing fees to save you money - that's our primary goal.
• Free from any term requirements, minimums, annual fees, hidden fees, or exclusivity (we earn your business month-by-month)
• Contributing sponsorship dollars (also giving-back) to our nation's moist promising drivers/teams/series.
• Funneling dollars into the very industry you profit from (versus padding random shareholder pockets having zero state in the automotive community). Keep in mind; the collective automotive community encompasses about 600,000 merchant types nationally which represents about a trillion dollars in processing and mega millions in continuous revenues.
• Given an opportunity to participate in the racing culture (racing invitations, news updates, press releases, et cetera).
• Provided a Monty Contribution Report by TVP detailing your dollar contributions each month.
• Able to view the aggregated monthly contribution income (collective automotive merchant revenues) and view when and where dollars have been allocated.
• Placed on the Merchant Participants' tab located on this website with a link back your website
• Added to the TVR web site scroll bar which proved a continual flow of the collective automotive merchant names/logos
• Linked into the TVP automotive merchant community (Alumni) and afforded significant b-2-b networking opportunities.
• Receiving offers to attend special promotions, events, and functions for your participation in the program.
• Sent TVR collateral denoting your participation as an official participant of the TVR program

Drivers/Teams/Series - Can now bolster monies that already exist within the automotive community (but currently directed outside the community) and not have to solely rely on external sources. Very few (but talented) drivers would never advance to the higher levels of racing without the support of the automotive community.

TVP - Many question what's in it for TVP. Although we don't profit directly from the TVR program, we win in many ways by driving down our pricing globally (which makes our traditional business more profitable); receiving mass branding and national exposure we equate to an advertising expense; balancing our portfolio to cover all industries; garnering mainstream business through the referrals of automotive business owners' ascertaining new Referral Agents (e.g., drivers/racing teams/etc.) that also cultivate mainstream business for TVP; and having the privilege and honor of giving back having community involvement.

How Getting Involved Works - A three Step Process!

1. Competitive Price Analysis - TVP will provide a detailed savings quote upon receipt of your most recent merchant processing statement. It is virtually impossible to be accurate without it! From the analysis, TVP will forward you a processing proposal indicating how much we save you monthly.

2. Registration - TVP will send you its Application/Agreement/Fee Schedule package. Upon your completion of these items - just submit via fax with a voided check, proof of business ownership, photo ID (Officer/Owner), and site photo (Int./Ext.).

3. Set-Up - Once TVP has a completed package, set-up to begin processing normally takes about 2-days. Merchants can use their existing equipment, it requires a terminal dial-in transmission into our system and simple download. You're now ready to process!
