Motocross Program
Made possible by the participation of motocross merchants that sign up for credit card acceptance and process their transactions with Terminal Velocity Processing.
Terminal Velocity Processing contributes funding dollars to the program through the net proceeds of these motocross industry processing transactions.
Terminal Velocity Motocross (“TVMX”) is a “give-back” program designed to sponsor and fund motocross racing riders/teams/series; while benefiting the related motocross merchant community.
Sponsorships provided by TVP are a collaborative effort between TVP and the motocross merchant community. Processing fees paid out today by the motocross merchants (revenues to random processors) can now be redirected into sponsorships when TVP processes the transactions.
Put simply – TVP has committed to donate 100% of its net margin derived from transactional fee income we receive from motocross merchants processing with TVP.
NOTE: Net margin is defined as the profit margin TVP garners above its hard costs {such as Interchange [Card Issuing Bank fee], Dues-Fees-Assessments [Visa-MasterCard fee], Principal Bank Member cost, and AUTH-Settlement [Processor Switch fee]}, and paid out as a commission to TVR before its general and administrative expenses. Meaning, TVP is actually matching dollars to the program (like a 401K plan) by absorbing the operational resource burden (e.g., staff, systems, support, technology, et cetera).
The TVMX program can only win if everyone involved wins!
Motocross Merchants – win in a number of ways. For example – YOU WILL BE:
- Afforded a cost reduction on your processing fees to save you money – that’s our primary goal.
- Free from any term requirements, minimums, annual fees, hidden fees, or exclusivity (we earn your business month-by-month)
- Contributing sponsorship dollars (also giving-back) to our nation’s most promising riders/teams/series.
- Funneling dollars into the very industry you profit from (versus padding random shareholder pockets having zero stake in the motocross community). Keep in mind; the collective motocross community encompasses about 600,000 merchant types nationally which represents about a trillion dollars in processing and millions in continuous revenues.
- Given an opportunity to participate in the racing culture (racing invitations, news updates, press releases, et cetera).
- Provided a Monthly Contribution Report detailing your dollar contributions each month.
Able to view the aggregated monthly contribution income (collective motocross merchant revenues) from the TVMX web site.
- Assured that funds are allocated appropriately by TVMX’s independent advisory board which is comprised of retired motocross riders and industry experts. You can view their decisions (when and where dollars are spent) at the TVMX web site.
- Placed on the Merchant Participants’ tab located on the TVMX web site with a link back to your web site.
- Added to the TVMX web site scroll bar which provides a continual flow of the participating motocross merchant names/logos.
- Linked into the TVP motocross merchant community affording you significant B-2-B networking opportunities.
- Receiving offers to attend special promotions, events, and functions for your participation in the program.
- Sent TVP collaterals signifying your participation as an official participant of the TVMX program.

There are many talented riders that may never advance in their racing careers without the support of the motocross community. |

Although we don’t profit directly from the TVMX program, we win in many ways by driving down our processing costs when we increase our processing base (which makes our traditional business more profitable); receiving mass branding and national exposure we equate to an advertising expense; balancing our portfolio to cover all industries; garnering mainstream business through the referrals of motocross business owners; attracting new Referral Agents (e.g., riders/racing teams/etc.) that also cultivate mainstream business for TVP; and having the privilege and honor of giving back through community involvement. |
How Getting Involved Works – A Three Step Process!
- Competitive Price Analysis – TVP provides a detailed savings quote upon receipt of your most recent merchant processing statement. It is virtually impossible to be accurate or provide you a cost savings without it! From the analysis, TVP forwards you a processing proposal indicating how much we save you monthly.
- Registration – TVP sends you a set-up package which includes an Application/Agreement/Fee Schedule. Upon your submission of these completed items with supporting documentation via fax (818-337-7313) TVP underwrites the account for approval.
- Set-Up – Once approved, set-up to begin processing normally takes about 2-business days. In most cases merchants can use their existing equipment. You will be contacted by a representative that will perform a simple download. You are now ready to process!
