January 2010    TVP Announcement

Dear Valued Merchant

On Friday January 29, 2010 First Regional Bank was closed and reopened on Monday February 1, 2010 as First Citizens Bank & Trust (FCB).

We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that your processing relationship, your DDA's, and your reserve accounts that you may have had with First Regional Bank are secure and business is operating as usual.

This now provides TVP and you, our valued merchants, with a much stronger banking alliance. First Citizens Bank has been in existence since 1898 and their financial strength far exceeds what First Regional Bank ever had.

To read more about FCB, please visit their website http://www.firstcitizens.com. For more information regarding the action taken that prompted this change please go to: http://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/firstregional.html

We appreciate your business relationship with us and we are sure that with this larger, stronger alliance we can all move forward with confidence. TVP will continue to provide you with the same level of quality merchant care and services; that will not change.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 818 597-2838. Norma Kay

October 2009    Alternative Payment Methods Can Increase Sales!!

As the holiday season approaches, more and more businesses are looking for alternative payment methods to offer their customers. Approximately 20% of consumers do not have Credit/Debit Cards and continue to use their checking account as their payment method of choice. ACH payments continue to show solid growth and increased transaction volume. Offering your customers the option to use ACH e-check services and check by phone will attract new customers and increase your revenue stream.
