Jim Wilson |
Mr. Wilson is the founder of the Company and serves as its Chief Executive Officer as well as a Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Wilson has served in the bankcard processing and related payment services industry for eleven years.
Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Wilson served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Sales as well as a member of its Board of Directors for CardReady International, Inc., a national bankcard processing company. Mr. Wilson grew the sales 1123% in 2002, as published in the Green Sheet, ranking the company as one of the top processors in the United States. Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.

Norma Kay |
Ms. Kay has over 17 years experience in managing credit card operations. She is an expert in all aspects of back office bank card processing including merchant services, risk management, chargebacks, customer service, marketing, computer connectivity and accounting. Her career has included service as a high-level consultant to the payment processing industry, served as the Director of Bank Processing for several payment processing entities, and has held senior executive level positions at several financial institutions. She currently serves at the President and Chief Operations Officer for Terminal Velocity Processing and its affiliated companies.

John Podlesni |
A graduate of Bank Administrative Institute school of Banking at the University of Madison in Wisconsin, Mr. Podlesni’s banking career has spanned over 35 years. He has served in a variety of senior operations and administrative capacities. He has had direct involvement with founding five commercial banks, one of which he was instrumental in selling. He chaired the board of a data processing company serving the banking and card processing industry, and was also instrumental in its subsequent sale.

Daniel Schlee |
Daniel Schlee is the lead architect of the databases and data integration linking TVP with its clients and third party processors. He oversees the gathering, transmitting and reporting of all transactional data between TVP, the network marketing organizations, their agents and customers.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Schlee was lead programmer for the Lexus.com website and Homestore.com client tool development, and architect and lead programmer for the Consumer Packaged Goods Library. Mr. Schlee owns the patent for a unique Promotional Data Delivery and Method, allowing manufacturers and retailers to select consumer demographics, and the subsequent creation of personalized promotional materials are distributed directly to each member of that target audience.
